Villa Emilia
The real Spain
Just a few minutes’ walk via quaint and quiet alleys, that haven’t changed in the last 200 years, you will find the charming central town square of Soller. In front of the house flows the little river Sa Torrentera. The historic train between Soller and Palma runs 6 times a day and can be seen from the garden. Entering the garden from the street reveals an amazing view of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, just behind the Villa. The spacious veranda forms the heart of the outside and offers cool shade on hot summer days or some extra warmth on cooler evenings in spring and fall. A family dining table connects conveniently with the BBQ and outside kitchen area. The sofa on the other side of the veranda is a perfect spot to spend the evenings sipping your wine. Enjoy the beautiful garden, find your favorite spot on the sunny terrace around the pool to relax on the loungers, in the hammock or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
Villa surrounded by orange-groves
The original thick walls (locally known as piedra’s) of Villa Emilia are 300 years old. The piedra walls create an authentic atmosphere on the inside as well as on the outside of the Villa. The veranda connects seamlessly through the big terrace doors with the spacious living kitchen. From the kitchen the views are truly amazing towards all sides with: castle, mountain, river or terrace views. The comfortable living room, with a fire place, opens towards the terrace and the pool. The first floor has a large bathroom and 3 double bedrooms, one with access to a big roof terrace, one with mountain and orange grove views and the master bedroom with views towards the pool and mountains. In the garden is the second bathroom with a washing machine. The Villa hosts up to 6 guests. (ETV nummer: L12E11529)
