Historical fisherman’s cottage

This unique house was completely renovated a couple of years ago. Casita Sal de Mar has the old-world charm on the outside and is stylish and modern on the inside with many authentic details. On the ground floor there is a big family dining and reading table with a small pantry and a bathroom. The first floor houses a double bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom and balcony offer full views of the harbour and Sierra Tramuntana mountains. The living room and small kitchen are located on the second floor. The balcony is the best place to dine and observe the passers-by on the boulevard. On the 3rdfloor there is a roof terrace with a bar table and 2 loungers to relax. The view can’t be better while enjoying a sundowner. The 3rd floor also has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. Sal de Mar is equipped with AC on the 1st and 2nd floor and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The casita is most comfortable for 2 persons but the sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed so that it sleeps up to 4.

Experiencing harbor-life

A few years ago, Port Sóller’s boulevard was completely renovated into a nice pedestrian walkway along the beach and the harbor, with many restaurants and terraces. On the quay in front of the old fishing quarter Santa Catalina the old charm has been preserved with the fishing boats unloading their catch of the day every morning. Casita Sal de Mar is a 100-year-old fisherman’s house located on the first line in this old quarter. The multiple spacious balconies offer amazing views over the port and the Sierra de Tramuntana along with enjoying the direct contact of the lively scene of passers-by. Casita Sal de Mar has a stunning roof terrace and is the ideal location to have a sundowner while watching people stroll by to the neighbouring restaurants.
