Modern comfort in old fishermen's quarter

During the renovation of Apartment Bahia in 2017 a deliberate choice was made for quality and natural materials. The light micro cement flooring forms the natural base for the Scandinavian retro-style. Kitchen enthusiasts will be delighted with a well-furnished kitchen, dishwasher, Solis citrus press, Nespresso machine etc. There are 2 bedrooms, the larger room is equipped with a comfortable double box spring bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds or on request a double bed. The big rocks behind the apartment combined with a sea breeze naturally cools the bedrooms. Next to the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The spacious balcony (4 x 2 meters) has a second dining table and loungers to relax.

Bahia is uniquely located on a hill in the historic fisherman’s quarter of Santa Catalina. Via a combination of stairs and a narrow street it’s just a three minute walk to the boulevard. The apartment is also accessible by car. The views are really extraordinary over the natural bay of Port de Sóller with its many anchored sailing boats and the impressive mountains. You can spread your beach-towel on the sandy playa of the bay beneath.
